Opening Doors is a DVD video which aims to encourage Year 11 students to continue their education, after leaving school, at one of Portsmouth's FE colleges.

The DVD (which was translated and adapted into 3 additional languages) looks at the wide range of vocational and academic courses on offer, it speaks with current students and past students, and it looks at possible study and career paths made possible by FE.

In particular, it addresses the concerns of parents to demonstrate that FE isn't just for those who are good at exams.

Every Year 11 student in Portsmouth received their own personalised DVD copy.
