Following eight years as a teacher in FE (he also teaches from time to time at the National Film and Television School), for almost fifteen years Wayne has worked as a producer of new media resources.

He has written and directed more than 130 short programmes (for clients ranging from Disney to Willows Nursery School); has worked on BAFTA winning serious dramas, feature films and television magazine programmes; and has produced numerous (some award winning) interactive CD ROMs and web sites.

Wayne has a BA Hons in Film and an MA in Philosophy.
